The hotel's location was excellent, really close to a lovely bay and another landmark called 'Las Grietas'. We booked a standard king room, and it was modern. Climate control, a safe box, and a writing table worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

Had an unforgettable time. The hotel was relaxing with astonishing views and an excellent location right on a special beach. I greatly enjoyed generous breakfast and outstanding food selection. The staff were very helpful people. Location: the venue was very close to the downtown, beautiful beaches, and Santa Cruz, Isabela, and San Cristobal. I tried quick meals at Cafeteria Proinsular, within 800 feet of the hotel.

The hotel facilities were great, including the warm 24-hour pool. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the main plaza and Las Grietas. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
